In our NVOT Orchestra, students aren’t just making music, they’re building skills that last far beyond the rehearsal room.
Working in student-led small groups, musicians practice communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership as they listen, give feedback, make decisions, and adjust together. These are the same skills that matter in college classrooms, workplaces, and virtually every career path.
Music education develops confident thinkers, strong teammates, and adaptable leaders - and it shows every day in rehearsals like this. #NVOTpride
