The NVOT Tots are having a great week learning all about apples. From apple tree color matching to apple pie play dough to STEM activities to apple stew, the Tots are busy learning. The week will culminate in an apple taste test!

Mr. Rotella's three Entrepreneurship & Management classes just set a new record! Through their Student-Run Business project, students raised over $8,000 by marketing and selling NVOT apparel, discount cards, and candy.
In addition to learning the "real-world" ins and outs of starting and operating a business, the students focused their efforts on philanthropy. The funds raised were donated equally to three incredible causes:

Congratulations to WBL students Daniel Winter, Manuel Escobar, and Jake Ellengold, who have been working with Mr. Jeff Lai on an AI project for Northern Valley.
Today, they presented their work at the NASA 2nd Annual Conference for K–12 Teachers in AI, Machine Learning, Space Weather, and Cyber Infrastructure at NJIT. We are incredibly proud of how they represented NVOT and showcased their innovation, creativity, and hard work!
