In honor of National Decision Day, Mrs. O'Sullivan's CBE students created pennants. They chose either the school they were going to or a career they were interested in. They did some research and then created a pennant based on what they learned!
Business teacher Mr. Marino had a guest speaker, Mr. Theo Spilka, Global Vice President, Strategic Licensing and Business Development visit his classes to discuss his work and his journey throughout the business world on 4/21.

NVOT Japanese & culinary students explored Mitsuwa Marketplace — the East Coast’s largest Japanese supermarket! From a fun treasure hunt to tasting authentic cuisine, students even practiced Japanese with staff at Kinokuniya, Little Japan USA & Daiso. 🇯🇵



Oishii Farm delivered an unforgettable experience for NVOT Japanese classes — sharing their passion for vertical, sustainable, pesticide-free farming and innovative AI technology, with seeds from Japan. Tasting their Nikkō, Koyo, and Omakase berries was a true highlight!


Japan Club’s Sakura Matsuri was a wonderful celebration of spring! 🌸 Students enjoyed making origami, appreciating cherry blossoms, and sampling sakura-flavored tea and snacks. Thank you to everyone who joined us in Room A210 for this memorable event! #SakuraMatsuri

Congratulations to our Girls Golf Program wining a sectional title

The tots had a fun visit with science teacher Ms. Weiss and her hissing cockroach! The tots learned about its habitat, diet, and even heard its "hissing" sound. The tots also impressed Ms. Weiss with their knowledge of the parts of an insect they are learning for their insect unit! This is another example of why Teens-n-Tots is extra special and unique...the tots get to interact with knowledgeable high school teachers too!


Ms. Sac’s Spanish 2H class used VR goggles to tour the Museo Frida Kahlo, also known as La Casa Azul, during their Beauty and Aesthetics unit. ¡Qué experiencia bonita!

Congratulations on a record setting 4x100 at Penn Relays GoKnight!

Students from our Chinese classes experienced an unforgettable 9 day journey through China, exploring Huai’an, Nanjing, and Shanghai. They visited historic sites, schools, and enjoyed authentic cuisine. Thank you to Mrs. Liu and Mr. Harris for organizing this experience.






Congrats to the NVOT Orchestra for their performance at the North Jersey Region Orchestra Festival at West Essex HS. The orchestra received a gold rating for their performance and looks forward to their next performance at the Spring Instrumental Concert on May 21st. #NVOTpride
Congratulations to our NVOT Choir! Three students were accepted into the New Jersey All State Chorus and will rehearse and perform with top singers from across NJ in Atlantic City next year. Shout out to Hannah Chang, Juahn Park, and Suahn Park. #NVOTpride

Congratulations to the NVOT Indoor Percussion Ensemble on their first ever US Bands competition. This new competitive ensemble performed at Fair Lawn High School and earned a score of 76.35. The group looks forward to finishing out their season at US Bands Championships.

Congrats to the NV Winter Guard for their performance at WGI World Championships in Dayton, Ohio. The guard competed in the Independent A class for the first time at championships and scored an 80.68 with their best show to date. #NVpride
Students in Ms. Collins' English classes celebrated Shakespeare's birthday by baking Shakespeare-themed treats and cakes.
